DDK ranked in top 10 Australian franchisors for third year running

For the third consecutive year, Dream Doors Kitchens has been named in the top 10 Australian franchisors overall in the Topfranchise Awards.

Every year the Topfranchise Awards recognise best practice and performance in the franchising sector, as rated by current franchisees. If you’re looking for a franchise to invest in yourself, the Topfranchise Awards is a great place to start, giving you valuable insight into which franchise brands have the strongest advocates amongst their franchisees.

Franchisees rate DDK higher for trust and digital touchpoints

As part of the process for ranking franchises, Topfranchise asked DDK franchisees a series of questions to gauge their sentiment. The overall results placed DDK 10th out of all Australian franchisees, with a standout statistic revealing that DDK was rated 10% higher by its franchisees than the franchising industry average on trust.

We keep up a high volume of communications with our franchisees, giving them the opportunity to make a real impact around how we operate as a franchise. It’s great to see these efforts reflected in the feedback that was given in the survey.”

Cam Hadlow, DDK CEO/Director

Franchisees also notably rated DDK 31% higher than the franchising industry on average when it came to driving sales via the website – testament to our investment in digital marketing and the ongoing support of the team at The Marketing Lab.

Top categories: Brand, Expansion and Passion

As well as ranking in the Top 10 overall, DDK was also mentioned in the Top 10 for the Brand, Expansion and Passion categories.

6th in Australia for Brand

The strength of brand is one of the most powerful assets of a franchise network. When a franchise brand is strong, established and trusted in the market, it means that there’s less legwork for you when you’re starting your franchise business.

9th in Australia for Expansion

Franchisees who expand to multiple territories benefit from shared resources and a greater customer base. This category recognises franchisors who effectively help their franchisees take advantage of new opportunities to expand.

7th in Australia for Passion

Passion is all about having a team that believes in their product, and the difference they make to their customers’ lives. This category recognises not only the passion of the franchisor, but also the passion of franchisees, and the enthusiasm with which they represent their master brand.

Unique offering and passionate team drives continued growth

The DDK business model helps Aussies get into their new kitchens faster, and at a great price point – without ever compromising on quality. DDK pioneered the kitchen facelift – a way of helping homeowners achieve their dream kitchen without lengthy construction times or disruption to the home. How? By retaining the existing kitchen structure and replacing facings like the doors, handles, benchtops and splashbacks.

We’re proud that our team’s dedication to supporting and growing our franchise network has been recognised for the third year in a row. We look forward to another great year of expanding DDK and transforming Aussie kitchens.
